EJECUTIVOS was designed by CHL Founder / CEO, Glenn Llopis who has taken the intellectual property of his book, Earning Serendipity - 4 Skills for Creating and Sustaining Good Fortune in Your Work - and has expanded his teachings specifically for the application and use by Hispanic CEOs. Mr. Llopis' proprietary knowledge that includes his 20+ years of experience as both a Hispanic Manager and Hispanic Executive in Corporate America and as an Entrepreneur provides a unique outlook to the roles and responsibilities that are requiring more professionally trained Hispanic CEOs in the new economy.  Additionally, Mr. Llopis showcases the advanced applications of the 4 Skills outlined in his book to illustrate how Hispanic CEOs can best see and seize business growth and sustainable opportunities.
